As a Principal at North Sky Capital, Pat’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities for the firm’s sustainable infrastructure strategy, as well as monitoring the firm’s existing investments.
Career Background
● Senior Director at BlueWave Solar: Pat led solar and storage development activities where one of his developments was named Project of the Year by Solar Builder. ● Independent Consulting: Pat consulted in the water and wastewater sectors. ● Director at SunEdison: Pat managed the sale of more than 500 solar projects, strategic financing, and FP&A activities for approximately 8 gigawatts of wind and solar assets in North America. ● Vice President at Tenaska Capital Management: Pat sourced, executed, and managed investments across the power generation and energy midstream sectors. ● Director, Florida Operations at Alexandria Real Estate Equities: Pat initiated Florida market entry and led all development and operational activities. ● Senior Consultant, Navigant Consulting: Pat consulted clients on various real estate and infrastructure projects.
Personal Background
Pat earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Tufts University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he was an Austin Scholar.
