As a Principal at North Sky Capital, Lucy’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities for the firm’s sustainable infrastructure strategy, with a focus on direct investments in environmental infrastructure and energy storage projects.
Career Background
● Director, Commercial Operations and Transactions at Peak Power: At the Ontario-based energy storage developer and operator, Lucy was responsible for pricing, risk management, project, and customer success. She led the commercial contracting, development, and ultimate sale of the first Virtual Power Plant in New York. ● Senior Associate at New Energy Capital: Lucy sourced, analyzed, and worked on execution of numerous middle market energy transactions, including renewable gas and renewable fuels projects. ● Associate at Charles River Associates: Lucy advised large U.S. power stakeholders on business strategy, litigation and project valuation supported by power market analysis.
Personal Background
Lucy earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she also completed a minor in Energy Studies. She served on the board of the Undergraduate Association on Sustainability and co-founded the Undergraduate Energy Club.
