North Sky Exits Investment in Leading Water Reclamation Provider

Minneapolis, MN – North Sky Capital (“North Sky”), a pioneer in impact investing, is pleased to announce its first sustainable infrastructure fund has entered into an agreement to sell its interest in Natural Systems Utilities (“NSU”). NSU is a leading provider of turnkey water treatment and reuse solutions in the United States with over 270 systems currently in operation. NSU will be acquired by Saur Group, a global provider of municipal and industrial water solutions.

When North Sky initially invested in NSU in 2015, the company’s footprint spanned the Upper Midwest and Northeast United States, treating more than 1.7 billion gallons of water annually. The company has expanded west, providing solutions to sporting complexes, hotels, data centers, hospitals and more while treating millions of gallons of water per day.
